Interax support

Interax is an invite-only research beta. It does not establish whether a combination is safe and must not be used to change treatment.

Sign-in and connection

Use the email and password attached to your beta account. Production builds connect to the Interax HTTPS engine automatically; there is no server field to configure.

Regimen reminders

iOS asks for notification permission only when you enable a reminder. Reminders are scheduled on the iPhone. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Interax if alerts are disabled.

Delete an account

Open Interax Settings and select Delete account and data. The deletion is permanent.
